Domino's Pizza at 24504 Kuykendahl Road, Tomball, Texas.

I like the pizza but this is now the third time the order is wrong for delivery. (First time they included bell pepper after de selecting on the recipe) on Pizza (if you don’t like bell pepper you know how it ruins everything). Will not order from the location again. Second and third issues.... Very cheap issue with not giving us sides we paid for, waited on eternal hold on phone to advise of this to get a credit....of which they said thy couldn’t give me a credit,, promised the next order they would include.....next order came around, I noted in delivery options of issue, received a phone call asking me if the manager told me I was entitled to the side on next order (we are talking 1.25 charge for banana peppers ) and after speaking and agreeing I would get my side (which has now racked up about an additional 30 minutes of brain damage) the order comes with additional side of Ranch... not banana peppers. And the note on the order reads banana peppers. Delivery guy was offended that I was upset. It’s not the cost of my whopping 1.25 unpaid deliverable, it’s the fact that no one cares about customer service or cares in general. Will just have to order from papa johns. No offense to staff, it’s not hard to follow order instructions.
